Jacob

Gene 32:28 (KJS) And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

Jacob (or Israel) was very stubborn about what he wanted. He knew God could bless him and make him successful at everything he would do. One night Jacob found God and held on to him until God gave him what he ask for.

Jesus tells us to do the same thing with God from this Scripture.

Luke 11: 9(KJS) And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
