Matt 2:11 (KJS) And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.

The three wise men gave gifts to Jesus after he was born.

This is the reason we give gifts at Christmas to celebrate the birth of Jesus. To remember the birth of Jesus brings a joy of giving to everyone in the whole world.
