When Joshua sent men to spy out the land of Jericho the lady named Rahab help them.
She had heard about what God had done for the people of Israel and had respect for God and all that he is. The lady knew God to be the only true living God and wanted to help the spies.
The spies said to her "because you have done this for us no harm will come to you or your family when we overtake this city.
