10 commandments

 Deut 4:13 (NASU) "So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, [that is], the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone.

The ten commands were given to Moses after Moses had spent many days with God upon a mountain called Horeb.

The ten commandments were actually written by God Himself with his own hand writing and gave them to Moses.
