Ahhhhhhhh Christmas Day, a day of GIVING. Christians and Non-Christians around the world take the time once a year to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ or Santa Claus coming to town.
The spirit of GIVING which is so gracefully embodied into each event. Jesus Christ said that it is more blessed to GIVE than to receive. A smart successful focused person would take total advantage of being blessed everyday, rather than once a year at standard gift GIVING time.
Here's a thought - - Why not be continuously blessed year round. To GIVE a gift everyday, just for the sake of GIVING. You may think that this Deacon has lost his mind, but think about it first. GIVING is what keeps us connected. The more we GIVE of ourselves, the more we strengthen our own unique life, success and destiny. The gifts we GIVE become part of the world around us, where they grow in value with each life they touch.
Anything that we truly and sincerely GIVE, we will never lose. It is a simple truth, even self-evident, and powerful. True GIVING means GIVING of one's self. REMEMBER, The physical object, if there is one, is merely a token. The true essence of the gift is in the GIVING, in the expression of sincere love and caring. When you GIVE a part of yourself, it is not gone, it is bigger and better than ever. GIVING is the most self-serving thing you can do and it's so easy.
