I felt a sense of coming home when I stepped off the plane at Tel-Aviv. I felt safe when we were there and never feared for my life at any time. I would love to go back again and again just to see the landmarks I read about in the Bible.

There were so many other places that we went but time could not permit me to show all them to you.

The actual birthplace of Jesus for instance. This place is undeniable because according to records kept when the Romans destroyed the City of Jerusalem and surrounding cities they marked the birth place with a pagan idol. Many years later when the Crusaders came back to rebuild there was the idol marking the very spot.

Inside the Gold dome , looking at where the most holy of holies used to be.

The tomb of Lazarus. The upper room. The pool of Bethesda. The city of David.
The City of Bethlehem. Etc. Etc.

There will come a day when we will all see Jerusalem in her glory. Our time here on earth should be spent enjoying what God has given to us. We should enjoy life to its fullest. Life is made to enjoy. Make everyday count. Live life with joy so someone else may see life as it really is.

The Jewish people have not been forsaken by God nor has he turned his back on them. The Jewish people are still God's chosen people and will remain as such. Jesus is and will always be from the tribe of Judah. This means that if He is in the Father and the Father is in Him, then I must be from the same lineage as Jesus because now I am in Him, just as He is in the Father. I am and will forever be a son of God and grafted into the vine as His own.

Going to Jerusalem will excite your soul and give you a different perspective on who you are when you come back. I highly recommend the trip at any expense. The trip will cost about $2,000 give or take a hundred. It is worth every penny of it and you will be a different person when you come back.
