Did you just fall from a tree?

Isaiah 40:21 (KJS) Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?
22 [It is] he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof [are] as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
23 That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.
24 Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown: yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: and he shall also blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.
25 To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.

There is but one God that is living! Not an Idol made from a piece of rock or from wood. Not something made with human hands, for what can we as humans make that has not already been created? We can not create anything. Even the scientist of of day tell us that nothing can be created. All things are there we just discover them. How can a piece of rock talk or a hunk of wood hear?

Haba 2:18 (KJS) What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to make dumb idols?
19 Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to the dumb stone, Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it [is] laid over with gold and silver, and [there is] no breath at all in the midst of it.
20 But the LORD [is] in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.

This scripture is not telling us to be silent in Church, but to listen because the Living God is not a peice of wood or stone that cannot hear or speak, but he can speak to us ,and will if we will listen. We may hear his voice and he may hear ours. Here is what God said he would do for us.

Jere 31:31 (KJS) Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day [that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
33 But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

The Lord of Host promises that he will put his Spirit inside of us and that we will know him and he will reveal himself to us.

Ask the Lord to speak and he will
Ask him to reveal him self to you and he will
Ask him to be you god and he will

Luke 11:9 (KJS) And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
